BEWARE price promise on changing flights which is operating
It sounds too good to be true and it is !!
Booked for a friend to come over in October 2020and paid for priority -changed to 3 rd November and they charged 78 for the change despite the fact by my reckoning it was differnce in air fare say 2.99
They then changed it to 4th nov at a later arrival 2345 which of course is a curfew so debate on whether we could pick him up (if stopped enroute to airport to pick him up)yes having boarding passes is ok if hewas in car ie after pickup
anyway my suggestion is to just book another flight as you may be hit for change fee even though Ryanair say they have promise !!Malaga /bournemouth roughly circa £10
yes i will persue this but ryanair use COVID as an excuse to have no humans in their customer non serviceably a BOTchat
perhaps we should consider a group action similar to VW claims
