Quarantine/ self isolation for friends arriving from Australia

Does anyone have any information regarding arrivals to Spain from Australia? My sister wishes to visit my Mother, who is dying from end stage dementia.
My sister can self isolate at my cortijo.
I cannot find any information regarding permission for Australians being able to legally enter Spain...or not.
