We're hoping to buy a residential mobile home at either Flamingo Park, LaVina, Saydo or Parque La Posada late February. Is anyone able to give recommendations or otherwise for any of these parks please? Thanks!

All of these parks offer something different. The only way to know which is for you is to go and visit them.

Hi there. We bought a Park Home on Flamingo a year ago. We are retiring early and didn’t want a large park. We bought through Costa del Paradise who have a number of Parks to purchase on. Flamingo has a gorgeous on site Restaurant/Cafe and a large communal pool. Everyone on Flamingo Park is really friendly and helpful. It’s walking distance to Fuente de Piedre where there is supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurant/cafes around the square. Good luck with your search. 😊❤️

Can recommend Saydo Park, also the sister park, Saydo Manhattan which is a residential park but with brick built bungalows. Happy to send you info if you let me have your email address. Thank you

Don't know whether I can help but we have been looking for a good park in Costa Del Sol. We feel after our research they are all similar but have been checking out the temperatures in Mollina, the sun is behind the mountain until approximately 10am and could be quite low, it has been -1° at about 6-7am also if you want to go to the coast it's about 1hr in a taxi at the cost of about 100 Euros.

If you have found out anything else we would appreciate any information.

Hi There. Yes we are behind the mountains but it’s where the land flattens out. We looked at many places, but figured as we got older less hills would be better. We also preferred a smaller Park in a less touristy area. I guess there are good and bad in all areas. Roads are a lot less busy inland, and if you purchase a car you don’t have to pay €100 in a taxi. Also where we live it’s a 2 1/2 drive to the nearest beach, so 1 hr is ace😊👍
