Wow! Is that true, Debs?

I was planning on relocating to the Malaga area, later this year. I'm nowhere near retirement age, so where would £1,350 a month come from? Or is that just for pensioners.

If this is true...my dreams are dashed!

I know one couple who are in the same position. They bought a house heer a few years ago, but do not have that monthly income, but the authorities took into account that they are property owners and the are waiting for their residencia now. Just imagine all the ex-pats putting up their properties for sale? It is worth trying for residencia anyway. By the way, I am not old enough to retire either.

I would give Capital Consulting a call in Malaga. They know the right people and handled everything for me. I know people are still applying for residencia even now, so give them a try. Here is the email of the solicitor I used.

Thankyou but I'm going to look into it more nearer the time when brexit rules calm down.

Many thanks anyway

I got told income for a couple has to be £2700 month. Not sure if your going to work there but we wanted to retire. I spoke to caravans in the sun and a few other people have all said same. Think it's going to dash a few people dream mate.

Goodluck.

Thanks for the replies, guys!

I'm gonna check the .gov.uk websites for clarification.

Once I relocate, I want to work, but am not expecting anywhere near that income.

Still thinking positive, though!
