Hi all is there any way that you can exchange your UK driving license to a Spanish driving license without taking the Spanish driving test, once you get to Spain and get your NIE number, can anyone tell me if this is possible. Thanks.

I do not think so. You had to start your application before 31st December 2020. After the 1st January 2021 after UK had officially left the EU, the Spanish Authorities have said that a Spanish Drivers Test is mandatory on handing in your English Drivers licence. I believe there are no exceptions.
