Hi I’d be interested to hear from anyone who has  a property in Las Lagunas Mijas. What is the area like for a holiday property? Is there transport links to the coast and other popular areas. I would be without a car so accessibility to amenities is essential. Any advice would be welcome.

Las Lagunas, Mijas Costa is joined to Fuengirola. which is an Urban area of over 100,000 people, lots of transport and amenities. Most of the population is Spanish, nicest part the Old Town which is only about 15 minutes walk to the beach and Fuengirola Town Centre.

Here a google map link where you can drop in and take a look round.....   around, https://www.google.com/maps/@36.5419998,-4.6311658,3a,75y,210.45h,86.07t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s5gxgfSOeZ1vu7FOrWVvxRw!2e0!7i13312!8i6656

I suggest you take a walk around Old Town Los Lagunas is about five minutes walk from Fuengirola Town Square.

Hi thank you for the link and info about Las Lagunas. I’ll certainly take your advice and visit the old town.
