We are looking for someone a very kind someone to take on our dog a Cockerpoo 5 years old until we can get her back to the UK when it is possible to go by road.  We are trying to get back ourselves a flight has been cancelled but has been rebooked for us and it is breaking our heart to have to leave her here on her own in kennels.  We leave in 2 weeks time 31st March we hope and have considered staying with her but need a cheaper accommodation for that as ours will have run out by then.  We have been over here for 3 months just after New Year.

If anyone can help us please get in touch anywhere on the Costa Del Sol will be fine.  She is nervous of new people but once she gets to know you she is okay and loves a cuddle.

We are desperate.

Many thanks Heather

A big Thank you from Jenny our pooch.

I'm not sure if it would be an option but some friends have acquired a vehicle that also needs to go back to the UK so they are driving with their dogs and using the Eurotunnel. As long as you have all of the correct documents & tickets etc it's believed & understood that they will be able to get across borders as they are repatriating. Just a thought anyway as I totally understand that you would only leave your dog as a last option....it might be a different way of approaching the problem by putting feelers out for somebody needing to get a vehicle back to the UK? Good luck!
