Hi Pauline

Well done you for making the jump. I’ve just done it and, after 3 months of looking, am living in Manilva working as a real estate agent. Best thing I’ve done !!

If your looking for more information or a property, let me help by private messaging xx

No one in Spain seems to be panicking ??? The feeling is things will continue in the same manner after Brexit - ur benefits both countries.

Yes Sabanillas is a great choice - a little more Spanish and property prices are cheaper. Anyone needing a British real estate agent with lots of experience from the other side - get in touch !!

Hi Pauline and everyone else,

We have moved into our new home in Coín area on 26th June, so still surrounded by boxes and learning how to get our community irrigation water etc,

How are your plans going Pauline?

We have no regrets so far!

Sally

Hi Pauline,

Ken and I are coming out to Competa, renting for 6 months which should give us a good idea of whether we could actually live there on a full time basis...

More of an adventure at the moment which we are looking forward to..

The fact we have not sold our home here in Scotland..should Brexit not work in our favour...allows us the security of having somewhere to come back to...

Best wishes whatever you decide to do..but I would certainly rent for a short period prior to laying down roots just to make sure you don't lose everything you have worked hard for

Evelyn.
