'Benidorm Bob' never stated his list of pre-existing conditions and medications on the insurance form, which invalidates the policy. . . .

Also they missed 'not in possession of his FREE UK Global Health Insurance Card' (GHIC). #Spain

If "Benidorm Bob" is such a regular visitor to Benidorm he should have known all the requirements regarding health and travel insurance and information he was obliged to provide. Holidaymakers can occasionally fall ill when here in Spain which proves holiday insurance is vital to have "full" cover!

Agreed, plus with private insurance people must tell the truth on the form, plus for Europe/EU/EEA/EFTA he should have known people can still get a FREE UK Global Health Insurance Card which replaced the old EHIC card.
