To change your driving licence you had to be an 'EU citizen' and the application needed to be in by the 31st December 2020, So far no deal with UK to swap, meaning Brits have to take a Spanish driving test. .Apart from EU/EEA/EFTA the only deal to swap Andorra, Algeria, Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, South Korea, Croatia, Ecuador, Japan, Morocco, Peru, Dominican Republic, Paraguay, Uruguay , Venezuela, Brazil, El Salvador, the Philippines, Guatemala, Serbia. Turkey, Tunisia and Ukraine.
