Flat contents and liability insurance

Hello, we own a 2 bedroom flat in La Cala Hills urbanisation Mijas Costa and are looking at cost of flat and liability insurance.
Can anyone recommend an English speaking insurance firm and how much, roughly, can we expect to pay for flat contents and liability insurance.
