Need a controller, panel for Aircondition from Airzone

Hello We have a aircondition system from Airzone, produser Samsung from 2015. One of the panels is not working and We need to change it in one room. According to the local company we need to change the entire system cause They say They do not have spare parts… do anyone have one controller for the Samsung aircon System Tacto -868 V1.0
