Job vacancy: Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative
We are looking for vibrant Dutch speaking Customer Service Consultants. Our clients are all based in the Netherlands and the position will require you to work from our Marbella office.
Minimum requirements for the role:
· Previous experience having worked in an Internal Sales / Customer Care role is essential for this role.
· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good administration and troubleshooting skills.
· Computer literacy is essential.
· Perfect Command of the Dutch & English Language (Written & Spoken)
· A Clear Speaking Voice
· Strong Communication Skills and Patience
· Attention to Detail and the Ability to Proofread your own work
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
· Liaising with Customers and maintaining good customer relationships with both Suppliers and
Customers.
· Maintaining and handling all sales and customer service enquiries.
· Processing orders and checking the accuracy of the purchase order (PO) to the system.
· Assisting the Customer Services Manager with price queries (tracing), proof of delivery (PO)
requests with Customers and informing Customers of revised ETAs.
· Assisting the Sales Engineers with sales and administration queries.
· Accepting Customer enquiries for products, prices, and availability by responding in a timely manner.
· Processing Customer orders ensuring stock and Customer credit availability, generating correct
paperwork to send to Logistics and the Customer.
· Following up on quotes and correspondence and contacting Customers if need be.
