Which is a good insurance policy that covers all fixures and fittings and has English speakingsupport team 24/7
Do I require buliding cover if the community has its cover for all apartments or just cover for contents insurance only.
I use Liberty Segueros for all my insurance. We have a local English Agent so this helps too.

I am replying to your recommendation to use LIBERTY INSURANCE, my aunt and uncle own an apartment in Puerto Alto in Estepona the neighbour above them had a leak which flooded their apartment and the damage is so severe, the agente for Liberty admitted liability in JLY this year 2022 yet they are ignoring all their correspondence, they have even emailed the CEO of Liberty who has ignored them too, they are aware my aunt has cancer and they have not been able to go to their apartment, so I would be careful who you recommend, I would not recommend LIBERTY INSURANCE, another friend used Liberty who increased the premium of their policy without notification just helped them selves to the additional premium from their bank. I would not recommend Liberty
