Urgent care center with English speaking staff

Hi, I am visiting from the US and have been here since Sat and sick the whole time. It’s an intestinal something and I’ve had very little solid food in 5 days. I think it’s time to get checked out cuz it’s not getting better and I’m only here til Friday. Can someone recommend an urgent care facility so I don’t have to use the ER? Thank you!
