What's a good salary in Marbella?

We are looking to hire a business development person for a new venture in Andalucia. What is a good salary for an expat? They'd need to speak Spanish and English and sign up businesses to an online program - not sales as such as signing up is free.
We want to attract a good, reliable person - so what kind of salary should we be offering?
