Looking for a job: Experienced Nurse from UK

Hi
I have 26 years of nursing experience, mostly Oncology and breast cancer.
I've recently moved from the UK, English speaking, looking for work, very keen.
There doesn't seem to be many vacancies in Gibraltar and I haven't yet mastered Spanish.
Where do ex-pats go for health care and GP-type services as this may be an option?
