I need to hire a skip to clear general house rubbish.
Does anyone know a local company and if so do I need a licence and are there loading restrictions.
I would need to locate in road adjacent property

You could try Ortega Aviles in Sabinillas. I believe they hire skips but I don't know about licence or loading restrictions. If it will be in the road at night I think there have to be warning signs.
