Wanted: Apartment in Coto Real Urbanisation

Hi All, My wife and I are seriously considering buying a property in Manilva and we are particularly interested in the Coto Real urbanisation, especially phase one on the front line. 
I am aware that there is some urban land close to Khios that is up for sale with plans for commercial properties and I think also a 5 storey hotel. 

We are hoping to find a ground floor apartment in Naxos, Milos or Khios ( dependent on those plans) 

My question is- Does anyone know of any plans to build in front of Milos or Naxos?  

I’m aware there is a stream nearby,  and the agents would lead you to believe that this can’t be built close to, but there are presidents set closer to the coast  and there is also quite a lot of open space in the area I’m relating to. 

Also, it would be great to hear from any property owners in Coto Real regarding their views of the urbanisation and their likes and dislikes.

Take little notice of the agent, find a 'local Lawyer who speaks English', get them to deal with it all. for what it's worth, unlike UK Lawyers fixed charge they normally charge a fee of 1% of the property value.   https://marbellasolicitors.com/  They will get all the answers you need..

Thanks for your message. Apologies for the delay, it got buried amongst my many unread emails. 

We have since received clear advice and search results  regarding our concerns of building in front of the property that we are actually now well on the way to purchasing, from our solicitor, Eduardo at Manilva solicitors, which I believe is part of the same group as you suggested. 

Searches came back as Rustico land in front so we can’t ask for much more than that.
