In google maps it says it take one and a half hours to walk the 400 metres from where I’m buying an apartment (Pure South). Is that right?!!!

Hi ,

I live in Guadalupe so quite close to where you are, it takes us about 15 minutes to walk to the beach , so I guess around 10 minutes for you as you are very close to the up and over bridge.

Thank you. Do you know if they’ve started building yet? They were supposed to start in November, then January, now March?!!! But they are taking payments still although no work started!!!
