Hi

Does anyone know about flights from Leeds in the winter. I had heart set on looking at properties in costa Almeria but heard only flights in winter are from Gatwick so I am now searching other areas

Jet2 fly 3/4 times a week November>February Leeds>Malaga. Just over 2 hours to Almeria. As this is Costa del Sol forum, can we assume you wanted to know about Malaga flights?, anyway I think you'll struggle to find many winter flights to Almeria or Murcia from Leeds

Hi thanks for reply. Yes we are now looking around Costa del sol for apartments instead of Almeria. Which are the least touristy towns to buy a property?

In our opinion east of Malaga is less built up, and less touristy, and property costs less than the western side. We are in a small town, Algarrobo, which is mainly Spanish, although you'll hear plenty of english voices is places such as Torrox, Nerja. You really need to get out here & rent for a time, to decide where you want to be, whats suits you
