Hi there
I am moving to Malaga next year and looking for some advice on taxes etc for myself and the business. Ive been researching this for a month now and I am completely lost - the business is based in and operates solely in UK so my understanding is that the business tax will be for UK and my personal tax will be for Spain.
Can anyone recommend a decent accountant (or any other business owners who can advise)?

The way you explain it sounds about right. The Spanish authorities have no interest in your business but they do want to know about your personal global income. Verification with an accountant is wise. I will email you my accountant's email address privately. You can ask him the question.

I own an apartment in Arroyo de la Miel but I am currently in the U.K. I can't remember the exact details of the Tax Accountant I have used in t he past. His office is in Europa, calle de las Flores, I think, and I dealt with John Cavanagh. Does anyone know their telephone and correct name, address, contact details etc. I would be grateful if anyone can help me please.
