Hi we have a place in torreblanca next to Los Boliches and I am looking for a good king-size bed that won't break the bank. Any recommendations of local shops?

Hello

We also live in Torreblanca and bought our beds from Ikea. We don’t have a car so went on the train which is a really easy trip from Torreblanca station to Plaza Major. A walk over the bridge brings you to Ikea. We furnished our apartment by doing this. Delivery is approx 39 euros but there are vans outside which also deliver and the price with them is negotiable.

Hope this helps.

Beth

Thanks Beth. Yes we have done that walk when we haven't had a car. Carrying rugs on our shoulders. Lol! Ikea is on our to do list.

Oh that’s good. There is also a bed shop on the main street in Los Bol. Not sure of the prices there though. I’m thoroughly pleased with our Ikea beds and the price is good too. Good luck and I hope you find what you’re after.

Yes I have seen that shop. Again not sure of the prices. Some that I have looked at online are quite shocking. We get used to how easy everything is to buy in the UK. There is a man on fuengirola market every week. His beds are basic but the mattresses are very good. Might have a chat with him. It would be different if it was our main home. Can't wait to get back there. Thanks Beth
