Does anyone know of a Photographer who takes Digital Photographs?

My Passport expires on the 16th November 2020 and I have been advised to renew it online (due to the pandemic). I therefore, require a photographer who can assist me by taking a digital photograph and attaching it to the online application form and sending it to the U.K. Gov/passport department. I shall of course provided the funds required to achieve this.
Can anyone help me or at least recommend a photographer.
