My name is Georgie and I am Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach and a Nutrition Coach.
I specialise in body and lifestyle transformations - and particularly enjoy getting those new to training (or just returning to it) full of confidence, skills and self belief, so that they can walk into any gym and feel ready.
I am also a Masters Figure Competitor, so completely understand body image, hormone changes and the physical difference we experience as we age.
