Hi All
Myself and my wife have been looking for a apartment on the Costa Del Sol. We were about to visit Estapona and then Cala De Mimas before making a decision of which we prefer. Unfortunately because of what is going on our planned trips have been cancelled. We remain resolute about buying our home in the sun. We would like a 2 bed, preferably within a community with pool. We like to socialise and would like a nice complex within 15/25 mins walk of restaurants etc. Can anyone with more experience than myself with reference to these 2 areas please give their opinion. We don’t want to be weighed down with excessive annual community/fees so are looking for value for money in this respect. What are average annual charges? Which area would best suit the needs of ourselves our children and grandchildren.
