Hi can anyone help with a non lucrative visa advice been given a couple solicitors some who range from £3000 to £5000 another guy £500 but the amount of money you have coming in varies from all of them from 25 to £ 45000 a year
I’m confused ?
Anyone know anyone in La cala or Fuengirola who can sort this for me ? And a price ?

2022, non-lucrative visa applicants must have a minimum income of €2.316,08 per month, or €27.792,96 per year for a single person. You will need an additional €6,948.24 yearly for each family member included on your Spanish non lucrative visa application.
So as an example, a family of four would need an annual income of €48.637,68.

You could also use savings to demonstrate you can support yourself.
Your initial Visa will last for a year, at the end of the year you will need to renew the Visa for a further two years, this means that you will need to prove that you either continue to have the minimum monthly income required or, if you are working on a base of savings and money in the bank, you will need to prove that you have double the savings you had at the initial Visa
The availability of sufficient
financial means will be evidenced by the submission of original and
stamped documents that verify the perception of a periodic and
sufficient income or the holding of an estate that guarantees the
perception of that income.”

Hi . Everyone's situation is different but I paid €1500 and used a firm in Barcelona who were great. Others do it themselves with only costs for the very specific and legal documents which are required. The amounts you have quoted seem very high and unreasonable. I thought my payment was high but they were very 👍
Upsticks seem very knowledgeable. Didn't use them myself & struggled with the language barrier at times so if was doing it again would go for them

We used Upsticks who were very good. Arranged and guided us thru the process and were nowhere near as expensive as your quotes.
