Hola,I'm moving into La Cala in December for 3months to get a feel for the place before deciding whether or not to move permanently from the UK.Obviously I'd like to get to know people so has anybody any tips on meeting people.I'm 70,still have all my marbles & am fairly outgoing..ex advertising/hr. ..quiz master for local pub.
Any ideas welcome.

Well thank you so much for getting in touch,it's good to know that this forum can work.As I said I'm not out until Dec 1st but I wonder if I maybe as bold as to suggest we keep in touch & maybe we could share a bottle of wine while you give me the lowdown on La Cala society.
No strings attached but it would be great to find someone to chat with.
