Anticipation. Covip Next Year

I appreciate it is not possible to know what the Covip situtation will be next May so this is a "What If"
I have a group of 20 footballers coming from Australia next May. They will have a ten day stay in La Cala before moving on to a Tournament in Switzerland.
They will have to have a Covip Test 72 hours before leaving for Switzerland.
IF the situation is the same as now and they would require to be tested where would they go to have it done.?
