The worst bank
I know many of you (English-speaking) thought the poor personal service of the Santander bank could not get worse by closing the branch, instead the poor level of service has moved to an appalling level of telephone service and nonexistent email. The 'English support ' isn't.
I have been chasing my debit card since March and had no replies or contact.
AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE !
MOVE YOUR ACCOUNT BEFORE I CAN SAY I TOLD YOU SO !
