Hello everyone,

We are new to La Cala and are looking to decorate, any help with where to buy decorating items and sofas etc would be very much appreciated.

Assuming you are mobile I would head to Leroy Merlin at La Canada. They are a bit like B & Q.

I hope that helps.

Hi Andy,

Thank you so much for your helpful reply.  We do not drive in Spain yet, but will try to find a bus service.  Very grateful thanks x

If you live in La Cala de Mijas the ferreterías (DIY shops) carry most of the things you would need.  Also, take the bus to Miramar in Fuengirola and go to AKI (near Iceland).  They are also like B&Q and probably cheaper than local shops.  We buy all our DIY stuff there, including paint and garden supplies.
