No problem I will see what I have first what is your budget per month and how many bedrooms do u need ? would u prefer to be very close to the beach or would u like to be a little bit inland if you go inland it will be cheaper and u will get more space for u guys And your little dog also u get great views a bit further back from the front.

We live behind Elviria in a area called La Mairena this is a very beautiful area you might know it with spectacular coastal views but 6 km inland.

Let me know your thoughts and I’ll start looking for you are u planning on coming over before October to view properties ??

Hi Hannah, thank you for getting in touch with us,... regarding location we are happy to be a little inland but on a bus route ..  I have been advised medically to be close to the beach... not in the mountains... we would love to be in an expat community..we are learning Spanish but not fluent by any means.. we are currently in la cala but going home Saturday..we are out again in September,..we have been here many times and now think that it's the place we want to spend the winter..we are working out finances when we get home..prob looking at around £800.00 a month... two beds Ideal but can manage with one.. we do have a very well behaved small dog who will be with us.. hope that you can help.. thank you Judith

Thanks for your speedy response I have a property in mind  in calahonda within your budget it’s 2 bed in a gated community with a pool the Urb is  on the front 

But I think if you have an hour free whilst you are here I would love to pop down to la Cala and have a coffee so that I can get a full brief of what u want 

I like to make sure I have a strong idea of what will be perfect for you
