Thanks David, I've been researching Octopus online already,  they seem reasonable but I'll check out your supplier too. 

I use Endesa. They seem to be comparable on cost and they have a great app and send me everything in Wnglish.

How long have you used Endesa for, I have used them at my holiday home in Velez Malaga from 2021 i thought they were okay, they have a clientelle Log In page with a chat customer service where you can chat and they reply in English. 

However the bills were quite reasonable as i dont live there so just paying for the meter etc, biggest bill i had was for €47.00 until i got my January 2023 bill for €157.00 Straight away in my mind i thought squatters had broken in, Until i checked with Endesa it even said on the invoice Estimated Invoice as the chart bar code was highlighted in Gray which indicates its an estimated invoice.

 i chatted to customer agent on their chat page. They said everything will be sorted out in aprox 15 x days, still not heard from them. Thought they might offer me a refund for the power KWH that i hadn't used, that was €92.00

Hi, I've been using Endesa for my electricity supplier for over 20 years.

They are reliable and their app in English is very good too.

Easy to keep track of usage.
