Help answering the phone

Hello Gustav, I'm based in San Pedro de Alcantara which is on the other side of Marbella ,direction Estepona.However, I see you will be based in Clinica Santa Elena, Torremolinos and commute from Sweden. Since it's answering the telephone and booking patients for consults, is there any way do do this remotely ( a mobile phone you give me with a redirect from the clinic telephone with an online appointment booking program or anything you suggest?) or do you need someone physically present at the clinic? I realize you could have someone from all over the world  to do the booking this way but the telephone would be a spanish one.Thanks.Marie Louise
