When we moved here last July we had a similar dilemma. Our solution was to pay a one off fee of €300 for all British TV channels. That’s forever. I also have WiFi for which I pay €23 per month but can be suspended if away for any length of time. Both services have been superb! If you want more details I can give you numbers to contact!

Most internet providers also seem to sell TV boxes. They are around 100 euro and give the main channels plus a few more. If you also want catch up you would also need to pay a monthly subscription. Ask your internet provider.

Can you tell me who your broadband provider is please? I'm looking for a decent connection in Banus.  Also, do you know if all providers can be turned on and off for when we're not in the apartment or am I better off just paying monthly

I use WiFixpress for the internet connection and it’s €23 per month. You can suspend payments if you are away. Details on Google.

I was advised to bring with me a pre loaded fire stick from the Uk with me. I have wi fi and also brought me tv So what’s next please.  I am an elderly technophobe and need to get this set up.Any advise will be gratefully received thanks
