Hi Everybody,
My wife and I were recently employed to be posted to Fuengirola this Summer for a few months. We loved it here so much we bought a small apartment at the Stella Maris Hotel, Fuengirola for holiday rental. We now, of course have to prepare to pay taxes on the rental of the property every 3 months and once per year. Would you advise us to get a Gastor / fiscal rep' and do the forms ourselves or use a local accountant?

If you do need a Gestor then I can fully recommend Rosa at Balmoral. Balmoral is the name of her office and it’s near the train station at Los Boliches. Good luck!
