Short crust pastry

Any ideas where I can either by lard or shortening to make shortcrust pastry or even ready roll pastry. I brought some out with me but unfortunately didn’t travel well
You can buy lard in Mercadona. It’s in the fresh meat section.
Mercadona sells ready roll pastry - short crust, puff and filo.
