Electric Bikes

We are just completing on a property having recently given up touring in our motorhome. We have purchased furnished so will not need to take much with us. We have 2 good R&M step through electric bikes and are trying to decide if it's worth getting them out to Estepona. I would like some recommendations for electric bike shops to compare if it's worth shipping out or buying new locally? Thanks
