Butane gas bottle delivery

You can only buy a full gas bottle, from a delivery truck or at a gas station,  if you have an empty one to hand over. In theory that means you have a gas contract, as when you get the contract you make it for a set number of bottles, Not legal, but not difficult to buy bottles a boot sale / flea market. .The correct way to obtain a Spanish gas bottle is to go to a Cepsa or Repsol office or distributor, register and get a gas bottle certificate. You “buy” a bottle, which is basically putting down a deposit for the bottle and paying for the content.

If any help the Repsol bottles at garage are half the weight, with a plastic top, note they contain 'Butane', which does not need to be under high pressure, the other is 'Propane' and has to be all steel bottle. They both work the same, but the light bottles easy to carry.
