Just looking for advice on a good EU immigration lawyer in the UK that I can speak to regarding the requirements to allow me to reside in Spain with my wife who is attempting to obtain an Irish passport through her grandmother who was born in Cork.

We are currently in the UK but looking to hopefully retire to Spain next year.

Anyone that could point me to a good lawyer I would be grateful as I need a lot of questions answered correctly.

Thanks in advance Rick

Here is a link which tells you what you need for a non lucrative Visa.

I think you will find most of the experts are in Spain, however, you can get free advice from people like Belvin Franks, who also have an office in London.  .

Thanks for the info, we are not applying for the NLV as my wife will be an Irish passport holder.

I will contact Belvin Franks though so much appreciated

Kind regards
