6 month let Oct-March Estepona

Hello everyone! Looking to spend 6 months in Estepona form October 2022 for 6 months (I have residency). Looking for a Studio or 1 bed or possibly a 2 bed. My preference is for South facing, South West or West facing property were you would get a fair amount of sun coming through the day.

Also I would like to be where there are a few people around in the winter and my preference would be Estepona Centro, within walking distance to a supermarket, and ideally within 10 minute walk to the beach.

I am mature (60 years of age) semi retired man and do a little work from my laptop so an internet connection is important.

Also I have a landlord reference from a previous property I was renting on the costa del sol.

On a budget so looking at between €500 to €800 per month ideal, but will go up a bit higher if property has higher spec.
