Oh crikey, there are estate agents everywhere and they all have access to all properties on the coast, or the real ones do anyway. Everyone will recommend their own personal favourite but it will always be personal choice. I can recommend one that is head and shoulders above all others if you want, but that is only my opinion of course. It's actually Manilva, not Minilva.

Let me know if you want contact details.

I'm a bit confused tbh..... everyone who has bought will likely recommend their agent, or the vast majority will anyway so really you are going to end up with a list of who people used, so you have to ask yourself is a recommendation from a person that you do not know any better or worse than the person that you already have the details of who presumably recommended to you.... I am more than happy to give you my recommendation but the very first question that every agent will ask is what is your budget, no point in showing you properties either way above or way below your price range. The average Manilva property price in April 2021 was 1,484 Euros psm so for a 100sq m 2 bed 2 bath apartment the average is around the €150000 mark which is decrease of -0.01% compared to the previous month but equally it's a cumulative quarterly increase is 0.1% and a 2.00% increase over the last year. As they say on A Place in the Sun, "now is a great time to buy" :)

Hi Dave, We used Judith Brooks, an English lady who showed us around the area and we ended up buying a place inland. Did everything for us and even appointed a really good solicitor to handle everything. We still use him for everything, speaks good English and very reasonable.

Hi Steve Linz

Thank you for your recommendation

I have been contacted by Machiel and he speaks really good English and appears to be a very nice knowledgeable guy

we are planning on visiting in November now due to my work schedule changing

we are interested in Manilva area and going to take the advice from Machiel prior to going

if you can help or enlighten us to any of the process or money transfer information that is welcome

we have accounts set up with two currency transfer companies both of which are protected by the F C A

Regards

Dave & Liz
