Not sure if your friend is prepared to travel to Sabinillas but when we’re over in Spain we have used the Dental Clinic Virgen del Carmen situated just back from the front. Family run business that has own dental lab and they’re very reasonably priced. Really so friendly I wish they were back here in UK!

There are many good Dentists in Spain, many of which speak English. Most health facilities seem better than UK, and BUPA sister company Sanitas a third pf the price of UK. (Dental charges here cheap too).
I use Dr. Dodds and he is great. Good enough English. LOL - VERY busy guy though all the time. He is thorough.
