After a Spanish Mortgage. English expat. who has been living and permanently employed over three years in Estepona. Have Spanish residency. Is it possible to get 100% or near as damn it mortgage?
Anyone recommend a mortgage broker or suggest a bank??

No such thing as 100% mortgage
Max loan to value resident 70-80 %
Non resident 60/70
there have been occasions bank would grant 100 % on bank repossessed property’s
don’t forget you need an additional 14% to cover tax / Fees: notary / registration
You will need proof of income and deposit etc
pp Estate agents have terrible fees from 5% -10 %
