We are moving to estepona at the end of the year and looking for advice on applying for residency in Spain. We meet the income requirements, but want to know if there is an application in English or if there is an agency who would make this application on our behalf, and if so, what costs we should expect.

Take the hassle out of visa and residency applications for both EU citizens and non-EU passport holders. Link

Can anyone advise of the residency requirements for moving to estepona for British passport owners. About to buy a property but under the €500k golden threshold. Thanks

If you want to live here in Spain you need a 'Non Lucrative Visa' to stay more than 90 days, you might also need tax advice because you will become a tax resident.  Tread very carefully. .

I'll also recommend Upsticks, we used them last year for ours, excellent service and very helpful.
