Charity shop work,now that's a good idea,just hope all the customers are ex pats as ashamed to say my extremely limited Spanish "uno cerveza" won't get me very far

I'm here for the long haul so a coffee at any time would be nice.

Yes most of the charity shops have English people in them . The one in Fuengirola has both English and  Spanish I think so does Los Boliches . Apparently the charity shop in Calahonda has too many volunteers . Oh and the charity pet shelters are always looking for helpers especially if you are a pet lover you would be ideal I am sure . 

There is one in La Cala called Costa Pets . 

There is Costa Women group maybe you could start Costa Men lol
