Paid Shopping assistance sought

Good morning everyone. Hope this finds you all doing well. My wife jackie has a persistent cough and a headache, no fever. So we are staying in. I’m wondering if anyone is aware of a shopping service in the area (like to carrefour and pharmacy). We would obviously be more than willing to pay for such assistance. We are in Alcazaba and probably here until June. Many Thanks
