That’s great news. Does anyone know where you can get this done in the UK?

You can't at the moment. I contacted some private clinics and they explained that the TMA tests are from a Spanish company and they are not yet available in the UK.

Does anyone know if you are a resident in Spain and been to the UK for a couple of weeks whether you still need to have the Test to get back in?

I should imagine if you are flying into Malaga Airport from UK, you will need a test done . EU member states brought this rule in from 23rd November 2020 . There are no exceptions.  If you do not take a test in UK, the Spanish Authorities will make you  take a  test at the Airport. They will also fine you Euros 3000.00 for not having the Test done in the UK and bringing the required paperwork with you

Hope this helps

Nigel

See my post above. Lamp Tests are also accepted by Spain now. But only certain Airports in UK  are doing them at the moment.

You can now get a rt lamp test at some airports and it only takes up to 90 minutes for the results.

Thanks for the responses, I think I will have to stick with the PCR test, I don't fancy racking up at the airport, taking the chance and then being found positive, looks like Boots will be relieving me of £240 ............................(sadly)
