Pensioners bus pass

Could anyone please tell me how to use the pensioner bus pass.

I am assuming there’s somewhere on the bus to tap the card as it has a chip in it.

Yes just tap your card on the ticket machine by the bus driver.

My friend requested it and he said it was lengthy and if you don’t supply the correct documents they don’t tell you they just do nothing until you chase.

You can not use your UK bus pass in Spain, only valid in UK. You have to apply for new ones in Spain. Various Bus companies like Alsa or Avanza do them, I think!!!!
