Hiya

We have an apartment in El Paraiso which is shared for stays for our family, so as it may not be used completely throughout the year so we are look for suggestions for accessing English channels, Netflix etc but not wanting to pay monthly.  Any recommendations on options, ie one off payment boxes, or firesticks and where we may purchase these from at a reasonable rate getting the most for our money?

Many thanks for your time

Nicola

You need a VPN this you can use on a Firestick or another computer device, this hides your location being outside the UK, you have to pay a fixed small amount at the data flows via their service.

I meant to add you don't need a smart TV, just one with an HDMI socket. Plus reasonable internet of course. With a VPN BBC iPlayer other channels and Netflix work fine, Just make sure when requested use a UK address. (Many bootleg operators in Spain, many of which have been shut down)

I have been using a company called expatprime for nearly 3 years now. You can get all Freeview channels and also record programs or watch in catch-up. You can subscribe on a yearly basis or month by month so only using on the months that you need.

Ok thank you

As I said I have been using this company for three years and they are definitely not a threat. Only trying to pass on my good experience with them.
